Base station error - cloud to base not working

My Base staing give me following message: No config.bin found.

What I can do ?

I have tryed following:

I have shut down base station 

I have Updade Base station

باید مقیاس سوخت ایستگاه را به گونه ای تنظیم کند که پس از احتراق بتواند دود مورد نیاز را تولید کند و بهتر است گنجایش آنرا نیز بازبینی کنی ،به احتمال زیاد مسیر قطع شده است.
